How to order online
Ordering items at the TASSIMO Shop is very easy, with plenty of options to find the product you want.
To begin ordering, click the TASSIMO Shop link, where you will be able to view a list of recommended items. Or, you can select a product category (such as ‘teas’ or ‘coffees’) from the left hand navigation, where you can view the drinks we offer.
To select an item to buy, click the ‘Add to shopping cart’ link underneath the product description. When you click ‘Add to shopping cart’, the selected product will be added straight to your shopping cart. You can now continue shopping, browsing or go to the checkout to purchase the items in your cart.

The shopping cart is where you place TASSIMO items that you want to buy at the checkout, just like a real shopping cart.
You can add an item by clicking the 'Add to shopping cart' link underneath each product description. Before you add the item, you can pick the quantity you want by choosing a number from the drop-down menu that can be found under each product description.
It's also easy to change the quantity after you've added the item to the shopping cart; just change the number in the drop-down menu in the shopping cart to the right of the page.
To remove an item, click the 'View shopping cart' link to take you to the main shopping cart page where you can manage your choices. To remove an item, click the ‘Remove from cart’ link within the shopping cart. If you’re ready to complete your purchase, click the ‘Go to checkout’ link.
At the checkout, you’ll be asked for your payment details, and then you’ll have the final opportunity to check your order details before you confirm your order.
Return to top of page What happens when you place an order?
When we receive your order we automatically send you an email that confirms the receipt of your order details and provides you with your order number.
This email will be sent to the email address you supplied to us when you set up your account.
We won’t take any money from your credit card or debit card until your products are despatched to your chosen delivery address.
Please note that, in the United Kingdom, all costs are quoted in GBP £. A legal contract is only formed when the products are delivered to you.

If you have a TASSIMO voucher to redeem, simply enter the voucher code when prompted to do so on the payment page.
Return to top of page How to return an order
You can return your order for any reason within seven working days of receiving your delivery, starting on the day after delivery.
Should you wish to return your order, you can do so free of charge by going to the website link below.

You will be asked to provide your details, and will then receive a label to print and attach to your parcel. Please insert a copy of your delivery note. Please retain your receipt or proof of postage. If you don’t have access to the internet simply contact the call center and we will send you a free returns label by post.
You may return the whole order, or specific products within an order. You do not have to pay for postage but you should follow the process outlines above and make sure that you obtain proof of postage when you send the products back to us.
We can only provide a refund for products that are received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you do return your order, we will refund your money to your account within 5 days of receipt of returned products. All refunds will be made in GBP £ back to the card you used to pay for your order.
We can’t accept return of purchases which have been used or opened, unless the product is defective.

Where’s my order?
If the estimated number of working days for your delivery has been exceeded, and your order has not arrived, please call the Careline on 0800 032 88 33 and select option 1. You will need to quote your unique order number and postcode so that we can track your order, and find out where it is.
All investigations for missing orders will be carried out as soon as possible.

If your delivery is incorrect, or the wrong item has been delivered, please call the Careline on 0800 032 88 33 and select Option 1, stating the problem with your delivery. Please remember, you will need to quote your order number and postcode.

For our one-off delivery charge, we can deliver as many products as you wish up to 25 kilograms in weight. We regret that we can’t accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from anyone that places an order whose address contains a PO Box Number.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you have chosen as your delivery address for each order. If you select a business address, TASSIMO assumes to have delivered the product by delivering it to the reception area at the business address.
Our Standard delivery service applies to mainland UK only:
A delivery charge of £4.50 will be added to orders from Northern Ireland. The £4.50 delivery charge is waived for orders placed to the value of £25 in a single delivery, up to a maximum of 25 kilograms in weight. Delivery will normally take between 3 and 5 working days. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

About your account
To buy items from the TASSIMO Shop online, you need to have registered an account with us. Registering an account is free, and only takes a few minutes.
Your account is where we securely store details for the ordering and delivery of your shopping, and is where you can save favourite products to your Favourites.
To create your personal account, click 'My Account' at the top right corner of the TASSIMO Eshop page. You will need to enter a username and also create a password. You may use your email address as your username. You will be prompted to set up an account or log in during the usual shopping process.
Your password, combined with your username, keeps your account secure. You must keep your password a secret, and never give it to anyone else to use.
By having an account, you’ll save time when you return to shop, because you can store delivery addresses and your shopping preferences. This also makes your future orders much easier when you return to the TASSIMO Shop.

Your password, combined with your username or email address, allows you to sign in and out of your account securely. For this reason, you must keep your password a secret, and never give it to anyone else to use. When you visit the TASSIMO shop, please log in to your account using your username or email address, and your password.
By logging in, you will enjoy a secure, personalised service. You will be able to view your previous orders, your billing address and your saved delivery addresses, with options to amend details to make your TASSIMO orders quick and easy.
And, when you’ve finishing browsing or shopping at TASSIMO, you should log out of your account. This is to keep your account secure, preventing other people from viewing your details.

You needn’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password. Just go to the log in page, and click the ‘Forgotten your password’ link, which will prompt you for your email address.
We will then email you a new password for you to use when you next log in. You can re-set this password at any time.

If you wish to change any of your account details, such as your billing address, your delivery addresses, or if you need to alter your Regular Delivery details, please log in to your account using your username (you may have set your email address to be your username) and your password.
Once you are logged in, click the ‘My account’ link, positioned at the top of the screen. You will arrive at a screen that shows all of your account details, with links to help you to amend your details.
Any recent orders that you have made will be listed, and you can view these details.
You will see a selection of links under the heading ‘Change your personal details’. These links help you to edit personal details, change your billing and delivery addresses and change your subscriptions to receive promotional emails from TASSIMO and/or Kraft Foods.

When you are logged in to your account, and are browsing products, you can add an item to your Favourites.
Your Favourites is a list of items that you are interested in for future purchase or reference.
You might save an item to your Favourites as a reminder for a gift, or a drink you would like to try at some time in the future.
There is no pressure to purchase an item on your Favourites; it’s simply a way of saving items you are interested in. If you want to purchase something stored in your Favourites, just click to add the item to your shopping cart.
As long as you keep your account with TASSIMO, we will save the items on your Favourites, ready for whenever you log in.

My payments details and security
We take your security very seriously. For this reason, we use the "Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard" (also known as "PCI") as a data security standard.
Observing this standard is guaranteed by the service provider Ogone, which is entrusted with handling our payment processing. At Ogone, one of the leading companies for credit card transactions, your financial data are securely processed and returned to you in real-time. This guarantees secure payment processing for you.
All private information is also transmitted in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
