Browsing in the online shop

You can find coffees, teas and other specialities using the left navigation bar (1). Also, using the left navigation bar, you will find new products and specialities which can be obtained exclusively in the online shop. Once you have decided on one of the categories, find out more about the product that interests you by clicking once on the image or on the “all details” button.

Viewing product details

If you wish to order the advertised T DISCS brand, add this to your shopping basket. Then choose the number of T DISC packages and finally click on the field “To shopping basket” (1).

So that you can always see what is in your shopping basket while you are shopping, we display your selections in a shopping basket overview (2). This overview is displayed until you have completed the shopping process.

When you have filled your basket and would like to complete the shopping process, there are just a few more steps until you can send off your order:

Step 1: Shopping Basket

Click at the top of the page on “Shopping basket” (1). All the items are saved there which you have selected for your order. Now it is possible to amend (2), delete or, using the field “Continue shopping“ (3), to increase the quantity of ordered items. When you have made your selection, click on “To checkout” (4).

Step 2: Log in or create an account

If you have already registered with TASSIMO, you can simply call up your personal data by inputting your selected user name or your e-mail address and password (1). Otherwise click on the Register(2) link.

Step 3: Select delivery address and redeem credit voucher

Versand

Here you can amend your delivery address (1) or give a new address (2). You also have the option of redeeming promotional credit vouchers (3).
If your details are correct, click on “Go to order summary” (4).

View order summary

Here you can view al the details of your order. Please check that your order is correct before proceeding. Review the terms & conditions and indicate that you accept them by ticking the box at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: Send payment and order

We offer payment methods of credit card payments using VISA or MasterCard. Please select the correct card type and fill in the fields with the required credit card data. Then click on the field “Yes, I confirm my order“ and it’s all done! Your order is now on its way and will reach you within 7 working days.
